As an independent watch designer with over two decades of industry expertise, I craft exclusive concepts tailored for brands, microbrands, manufacturers, and investors in the horological sector.
Intellectual Property & Copyright:
Pursuant to applicable Copyright Legislation (Law 633/1941 and international conventions), moral authorship of the creative work remains permanently with the designer.
Transfer of Economic Rights:
Through a formal Private Agreement for the Transfer of Economic Exploitation Rights (on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis), clients acquire full rights to industrialize, manufacture, market, and distribute the watch design globally.
Beyond the initial design, I provide comprehensive technical support to seamlessly transition 3D models and conceptual renders into production-ready specifications for case, dial, and component suppliers.
